Let the Breaking Begin

Just hit 100k miles on the commute in this morning! I've been avoiding this day because I told myself I would buy a whole new suspension setup at 100k...
Not to mention all the other maintenance items at 100k!

Congrats on 100k!. It's such a baby:P. I just hit 184k in mine.

Congrats! Just nearing the 105k border myself, still running very very strong. If you ever think about actually doing that suspension, I've got a few good options you might want to consider like ST or KW:

What maintenance are you going to have done? I am at 110k and am going to have a shop change fluids and valve cover gasket.

You havent even gotten to the good part yet. My ZHP just crossed 163k today. Get ready, it gets expensive for a while.

You and I know this all to well

I am at 111k and just replaced my motor mounts... Man what a difference! I didnt realize how much cabin noise and vibrations i was having i had until i felt the new ones i would recommend it especially around 100k plus milage.

Yeah and good thing motor mounts are INSANELY easy to replace. Doable with a jack and simple tools.

The largest one is the suspension and all that goes with it- rear shock mounts, strut tower reinforcements for the front (thinking of going with a strut bar too), differential mount, fresh diff and tranny fluid (changed at 70k already), fuel filter (also changed at about 70k), and who knows what else comes up

Most other stuff is fresh: CAs and CABs, cooling system (excluding radiator), spark plugs, VCG, tires, brakes, air filter... All done between 70-95k.

Damn!!! Why did you just say that...something I don't want to hear right now... :-/ Lol

If you've been diligent on maintenance on everything the only real things to change at the 100K mark are the O2 pre-cat sensors. Everything else comes at around 120K.
