Rear Passenger Door Wont Open

My rear passenger door wont open unless I try 5-6 times. This really annoys my wife when she tries to get our pre-schooler in and out of the vehicle. The current temp. in AZ is around 110 degrees. I took the inside panel out, and lubricated everything. I didnt see anything broken, and am at a loss...

Has anyone else came across this problem? How can I fix it?

I just had the same problem today. After doing some research I believe it to be my actuator. My rear passenger door has the same problem. Drivers side opens.

was it the acuator?

I purchased the actuator on line. Have not received it yet. Today the door opened. I will keep it, I know it will go bad again.
