so left to right the pictures show where the drains are. there are 4 in total the sun roof pan covers the whole roof so there is one in each corner. the first picture shows the drivers front drain that goes down the A pillar (and correct me if I'm wrong) drains into the rocker panels. which in my case created alot of rust, that drain line is accessible through your kick panel speaker box. thats where I would check first to see if the line is split or broken, if not then I kinda doubt that your sunroof is the cause of your wet floor boards. I took pictures of the rear sunroof drains as well in case you have water in your trunk and you dont know why. the third picture shows the drain tube entrance and the back of the sunroof panel. the forth shows where you can find it in the trunk(looks like mine is torn somewhere thats why all the rust) and the lasst picture shows where its supposed to drain out. if only it worked properly... le sigh...

it seems like all rocker panel and trunk rust can be attributed to the sunroof draining improperly.
