Does anyone think that to inch rears would be too wide for a 88 535 , i was thinking about getting some 19 inch staggered

Good choice if you are looking to make the car float and use it as a boat. The back end will let go with any amount of water on the raod as the load on the tyre 'footprint' will be so low. Rethink to 6-8 inches max.
