2002 info

Hi im looking at getting a 74 2002 the car had 97k well not sure if it rolled over cause there is no space for another number the motor is seized an was wondering if you still could get engine parts for such old car or is it worth rebuilding the old motor or should i swap it out with an m20 i know if i did that i would need to alot but im ok with what im just wondering if i rebuild the engine thats in it if it would be reliable
