How often do you decide to "go nuclear" in the M?

You all know what I mean. We've all been there. Somebody in a Mustang/Camaro/Corvette/(insert other "rival" brand here) pulls up beside you at a light, and either a.) revs their engine or b.) begins to do the "inch forward" thing, as the other light is turning red.

Now do you a.) prepare to duke it out off the line, or b.) chalk them up to being an idiot, and refuse to be baited?

How often do you choose option a, vs. option b, and do you prefer to "cruise" often, or are you a "hair on fire" kinda guy (or gal )?

Thanks for playing along.
