Weird seats not working

My front drivers seat was fine yesterday but has suddenly stopped working...........

here is what i know

The passenger seat works fine

I can hear the incliner motor try to incline for a second then stops the tilt motor and frwd/rvrs motors do not make a sound.

I do not have fuse 5(front drivers seat) and 40(passenger seat)

so i guess the previous owner installed the vaders and it used to have manual seats.

its currently stuck close to the steering wheel and i cant drive it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and when you find the blown fuse, before you check it for proper function, please remove the coins stuck in the seat rail...

Hi, new here.
Just purchased a nice 328i convertible, drivers seat does not recline, motor runs up and down, seat back does not move. Looked for way to check gears for those evil coins, but could not find access, any ideas?

Thanks, will get on it.

BTW upon vacuuming today I discovered 4 nickels in the tracks...amazing how perfectly they snug in there, had to use tweezers to remove them!
