2008 bmw 750li mirrors

Hi i had my seven for bout 5 months. my mirror was knock of double park. I got a power folding mirror from an 06 750li. I install in myself. But it not foldin up when i press the button. But mirror move all angles and moves to my seat setting. I wanna if it because the car doesnt recognize the mirror n got to get it reprogram. Or if it should work from jump.

Thanks I was looking at the site. But it doesn't say much upon the year of the mirror or if it power folding. I brought a power folding mirror of a 2006 750Li but didn't work because he didn't have comfort access seating. So the wiring harnesses wasn't the same

Actually the reason why it did not work was because power folding mirrors were not available on the 2006. They started it on the 2007 version of the E65 in the US.

I retrofitted power folding mirrors on my 2003 745Li. I used mirrors from a 2008 750Li. I wrote a DIY for everything you need to do including the coding that needs to be done to get it to work. Check the DIY section for my write up.
