Sick ED Lease Deal on new 2013 F02

I don't want to just publicly throw out my lease comp so that it undermines good dealers/CA's out there, however, I just had the smoothest experience I've had in 8 BMW deals and I'm still pinching myself because my target lease calc was much much higher than what I walked out with and my math was spot on.

If you are interested in buying your car from a northern California dealer, PM me and I'll share my numbers.

Can only agree. There are some great deals on 7's right now because the residuals went up nicely in September. Assuming you're getting no MF markup, the only main thing to negotiate is how much the dealer should make above ED (or US) invoice.

The 740 is at 53%. -down 3% from August

Same MF .00145 for both over the past two months....

Are these deals as strong as the AH7 deals last year? What are the ED lease payments looking like?

I'm very new to this whole ED situation so please inform me... how did you end up with "1st payment/drive off: $567" ??
And there's no 2nd payment because it was for ED, correct?

The drive off/first payment was reduced by the BMW connected drive promo.

2nd payment is free with ED but the MF increases by .0003.

When there are promos running, low drive offs are common. I'm not sure you can get to $0 (BMW likes to see some money up front I believe). In my case, drive offs were about $4,500 - with a security deposit of around $5,600 included. So I paid $4,500 initially, but get back $5,600 at lease end.

Unless its MSD's, in the case of a lease, better to capitalize all costs and pay as little as possible up front. In the event of a casualty (car totaled) you get less insurance benefit if you paid more up front.

Not sure if you are considering a lease, but the B7 residuals are 3% higher than a 750. If you can work within 10k miles/year you can get a residual of 61% for a B7. Check out the PDF in this post http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=649529
