Suspension Overhaul

i have to do suspension this winter what brand should i go with ....im doing everything full overhaul

Oem: febi, sachs, etc or the high quality brands like bilstein

Do you want to lower the car or just keep it the same? If stock then go with Koni struts/shocks with OEM springs. If you want it lower then get either Eibach or HR Sport or Vogtland.

Turnermotorsports has some control arm package deals with all lemfoerder parts.

Most here would say for the control arms its oem supplier lemfoerder or nothing. Just dont buy from the dealership or you will pay double.

BCracing has a coilover for $1000 that people speak highly of on bimmerforums. It even include the mounts and front camber kit.
Spring will only go to about the normal sport height. When they tell you the drop they are comparing to nonsport suspension but conveniently forget to tell you that in the ad. Only coilovers can really slam it.

Depends on your budget. Some coilovers can go for over 2K.
