new bmw owner, really confused!

Hi guys, I'm having a prob wit my rear right taillight, dashlights also weren't working, I found the blown fuse, nowdashlights work fine, but the fuse right next to it is also blown, when I replace it my cars dash comes on, I should mention I have a universal ignition, still have original though because of sensor, also for some reason my right tail indicator stays on a constant, not flashing, just on. Pls any hints would help!!
