Yes, they were nice in the E60, which had 20-way seats (if you purchased that option).

I sat in an M5 a couple of weeks ago. I love my Multi-Contour with Luxury seating seats, but the M5 takes them and adds the bolsters. They felt heavenly.

That said, I have found the M5 Comfort seats to be much more comfortable than the Regular Active seats. The best thing is that there is no gap when extending the seat cushion which reduce pressure on your sciatic nerve. It sounds trivial but to me makes a massive difference in comfort.
