CE light/ stalls sometimes immediately after start

CE light/ stalls sometimes immediately after start

I have the CE light on all the time now, it was intermittent. Sometime the car stalls immediately after it starts other times it will be ok in neutral but as soon as I shift into gear it stalls. When I restart it will remain started if I keep it at around 1500 rpms for a minute and then it will be fine. Also sluggish.
