rear headrest

Hi,

I have a baby seat in my 7 and when my kid sits in the seat the headrest goes up and down. Is this weight dependant on the headrest moving? The only way I can stop this is locking the electrics with the button on the drivers door. Is this a fault or is it normal?

They should automatically go up when the seat belt is worn. I fitted the baby seats harness under the rear head rests so they can travel freely
