Don't crack your oil pan.
So i bought an e39 from the place i work, left the e30 there while i drove my new ride.
took my brother to go pick up the e30 and on the way home theres a giant rock in the middle of the road which decides to shatter my oil pan. oh by the way i just finished my newly built m52 engine swap 8k miles ago. now what? any suggestions? i was gonna sell the car but now? sorry, venting. so pissed off right now.

drop the steering rack and sub frame and replace it... its just that simple...
but in all seriousness. you can do it. just plan it out and do it. do it sorry dude

replace the pan and anything else that might of got damaged then keep driving it

and decent person that knows about cars could easily replace the oil pan.
Lol had to replaced my lower timing cover also so i figured i wouldn't risk the ol' jb weld trick or have it welded. will be fixed this week who wants to buy it?
