Jon,

By chance, has there been an updated residual bulletin been put out for the 2012's? I ask because my buddy is negotiating a deal on a 2012 328i and he is being told the 12k residual is 58%, not 61% per your table. Thanks.

Never mind, apparently the South gets it's own special bulletin and the residual is worse down here for some of the models.

Just a piece of advice to guys who do 15k/year lease on bmw cars 65k or more in msrp.
I did a calculation and its cheaper to buy 9k miles at .16c during the lease vs Loosing 2 residual value points which for example
On 650i msrp $100k 2%residual is 2k
But 9000 miles is only 1530.
And you also save interest and tax .

This chart is awesome. I'd love to see monthly overviews even a mere shadow of this. It seems there used to be a monthly posting of ALL rates and now the information comes in a bit more piecemeal.
