Question about most complete NAVI aftermarket

Looking for most complete aftermarket NAVI system (2006 X5) that includes most complete use of all BMW pre set steering wheel and on-board computer functions. I have read about the Dynavin 99 and seen spotted reviews on here, but they are all pretty dated and I am curious if anyone has aftermarket NAVI with first hand info. Thanks
