Convertible top reset and broken plate, help!

Hello Gentlemen, It's not been my day. I drove over the rough road last night and the LED on the convertible top switch started blinking. When I tried to reset the convertible top, it would not respond at all while LED still blinks. As instructed in many articles, I was hoping to manually open the top as turning the hex screw million times. Just before that, I discovered the "top lock" - I don't know exact name of it - was already cracked. When I unscrew the lock plate (see photos), it was completely shattered. I guessed I need some help from you.

Does anyone know what the part number for the part I broke? I tried to use gorilla glue but it would not stick well. I guess I need to buy new piece.

If the system would not initialize as LED still blinks, what should be the next step? It seems like either top control module or top motor may be bad.
