Frozen Silver = Titan Silver without gloss ply
Frozen Grey = Space grey without gloss ply
Frozen Blue = Deep Sea Blue without gloss ply

This is incorrect see the video link below from 2:00 to 3:40 - there is a final layer of frozen finish instead of a final clear coat

It would be easier to just get a nice color and do a vinyl wrap if you really want the matte finish. You don't have to take care of it (BMW makes you sign a waiver for the Frozen Finish i hear) and if you hate it, just peel it off

A vinyl wrap has a totally different look, in the metal

Easier but not better. Wrap finishes look very poor.

The BMW frozen finish is excellent. It has depth and sparkle due to the proper basecoat and color coats. Also the clearcoat has a matte satin finish which looks much better than the standard matte finish on a wrap.

Your repeated berating of this guy is getting a bit much. Why don't you just add him to your ignore list if you don't like what he has to say. Left click on the username and select ignore.

hello, what I've posted above are facts concerning his ignorance.

He, on the other hand, first used the term "ignorance" when there were points going either way
