Fog Light is Gone!!!

Damm...I hit a loose tire tread on freeway couple nights ago and now the driver side fog light is gone...can anyone told me what part I need for this damage? What is the slot grille next to the fog light? I think the wire is gone too (rip from the force?) so I think I need that as well

I was wondering how you can remove the fog light plastic trim piece without running over a tire? Mine is starting to discolor and I am looking to change it out.

Here are the TIS instructions for removing the front bumper. It includes instructions on removing those two trim pieces.
