e46 M3 wheel test fit

Had some free time last week so decided to see what a set of e46 M3 wheels would look like.

Don't mind the rubber band front tires and the wheel gap this was just a test.

With the right tires, I think the wheels will look awesome!

Look nice, but won't they be sitting a bit too far out?

With those tires on hard to tell - fronts look O.K., but offset on the rears must be quite a bit less than +46? Something like +20?

Have to be extra careful at first to avoid curb rash.

+1! Still one of my favorite OEM set of rims. Thanks for sharing. If you go this route share final pictures with new tires. Not sure impact on everything else but a set of eibach springs and bilstein shocks would lower that nicely.

It looks good. I like the offset of the rear wheels. You can get away with pushing the rear wheels out an additional 20mm from stock. Maybe a bit more.

I think you could probably get away with a full set of the rear wheels on the X3.
