Tow hook license plate holders?
Hey guys,
I live in SoCal, never had a front license plate, but last week my friend for pulled over for no front license plate and received a $170-ish fine... So now I am paranoid. ![]() Which tow hooks do you recommend? I heard good things about the CP-E and the U.S. Mill Works. CP-E: http://www.cp-e.com/products/bmw-335...335i-towplate™ U.S. Mill Works: http://www.usmillworks.com/bmw_front..._tow_hook.html Does this CP-E TowPlate fit the 2011 bmw 335i coupe? Thanks! |

Why not get one from a Bimmerfest sponsor -
http://garage.bimmerfest.com/siteSpo...tesponsorindex The ones I have seen are adjustable to fit any car. The tow hook is the same size on all modern BMWs. Tim |

Ohh! Thanks! I didn't even know about the sponsors page!
Do you have a recommendation for the brackets? Or are they all about the same? |

There are some variations in the design but they all seem to work about the same from what I've seen. I do not have a recommendation on a brand/vendor but all of the sponsors sell quality parts and this is rather basic so I don't think you can go wrong.

First time I hear of CP-E. When I looked at this for myself a while back, US Millworks seemed most versatile (in terms of offset mounting options). I have no complaints, hardware is extremely sturdy, and certainly will last longer than any other part of the car
