There is a option credit that makes the M-Sport Package on the F01/F02 free.

Thanks. Is there no eco-credit in the works?

Personally, I would not want to pay a full year's worth of fees to the State of California and only derive 3 month's worth of benefit. I only mentioned the program because BMW is promoting it...
Wouldn't the BMW pull ahead program counter that? This is the first car I'm leasing and first BMW, is that program open to anyone or is that something they send out selectively?

The pull-ahead program is not always in effect so you can't count on that being the case 36 months from now.

There is Eco Credit for MY2012 7 Series AH. However, the residuals have tanked so the lease is probably far from compelling. No such credit for MY2013 vehicles.

FYI... On a pull ahead the dealership has to BUY THE CAR not send it back to bmw so it has to be car that works well for the store.. Not every car will work....

Thanks again Greg! I was at a dealership yesterday shopping for a 2013 550i on the pull-ahead program as my current lease ends in February next year. The finance guy made it seem like they were doing me a favor by buying my current 2010 535i, and factoring it as a trade-in appraisal, rather than have it go back to BMW as a lease-in return because it had some minor cosmetic damage. I knew something was up and walked away especially since he marked up the MF to 0.00165 (went in with the October rates for a 36-month 15k miles lease in mind) and was not really willing to do $500-1000 over invoice. Going to either email him a breakdown of my offer and desired monthly payment or just deal with another dealership altogether.

Sounds like you made a good decision.... You should be able to get $500-$1k easily. Send me a pm if you want some more info. Gregpoland@pacificbmw.com

I'm wondering if someone can give me the residuals on 36/39 month leases for the following 2013 models?

X6 50i
X6 35i

535 Gran Turismo xDrive
550 Gran Turismo xDrive

Also, I've been looking at a bunch of web sites and saw the Nov MF as .00130 and another at .001250 == both down from October. I know the dealer reps can't comment on this, but does anyone else have a solid number? (Before any dealer adjustment upward or downward for additional security deposits.)

I've got an X3 that's CPO until 12/29/12 so I want to try to trade or sell that while there's still at least a couple $$ value left in the CPO, if possible.

Thanks much.
