2012 535xdrive CPO questions

Msrp 69k with M package, premium, cold, prem sound, HUD, etc. space grey over cinnamon. 11.5k miles.

Price 55900..........thoughts?


The oem ls2 are showing some wear has anyone replaced tires with the Pirelli P7 Cinturato all season run flats in the 245/45/19 size

That's what I paid for mine, with the same MSRP......18 months ago (with CPO) and with fewer miles. This was before 2012's even came out! Now 2013's are out and that car is 2 MY's old.

Is it common for BMW dealers to acquire executive demos through an auction? Does it imply that the car had problems because the current dealer does not have the service records which seems very strange being an internal fleet vehicle. Also, the car is not being sold as a CPO which doubles my concern.

You need to be a dealer to access Manheim. Or know one.

Date of sale, Auction location, type of car, hammer price, mileage, condition rating (gross category, above, average, below, condition rating reports are much more detailed), color, cylinder count, fuel, turbo/super (that's the 6GT part), transmission and I honestly forget the last column.

Keep in mind, this is the hammer price, and dos not include fees, transport or any reconditioning, or CPO fees.

How did you buy a 2012 18 months ago?

Are the auction prices for a loaded 69k MSRP and what year?

The car was a retail trade, not auction, serviced at dealer that is offering it for sale.
Service records indicate start stop issue switch button replaced, battery charge issue and front doors were aligned.
Original in service date was 01/11/2012 and the car is a 2012 model year not 11.

Do you have the exact specs on the car? That MSRP is pretty high and would mean a lot more option then you listed.

Go to BMW config and enter the specs, see what you come up with...

This seems really high to me.

Sorry, mis-read. Thought it was a 2011.

Here are auction results for 2012. They are, of course, much higher. Based on the MSRP given, I'd say this is a fair deal.

Doesn't matter how it was acquired by the dealer, auction prices are the benchmark for the used cars.

I have the original sticker pulled from the VIN #

Looks like invoice was around 63,500, and considering there were recent credits of $3500, bringing that car to around 60K including dealer profit, it does not seem enough of a discount for the 11K miles. That is just my 2 cents :-)

Unfortunately, BMW CPO incentives do not apply, best finance rate I can get is 2.99.

It right at about your price but with 2.5k and no HUD so I guess it evens out.
