Mein Auto: 89 325i
325i injector issue

Im new to bmw although ive always loved them im 18 and money is tight but i have excess carbon coming from my exaust and dont know why i know my idle control is out but even driving down the road it gives me excess i was told one injector may be bad but i dont know how hard it is to take the intake manifold off? Can anyone help me? I love how different german enginering is and no one around my town will work on bmw's
