I got 2 weeks to finish my 7 series SEMA build

My shop has been building cars for years this year I decided to do my 7 series!

Here is modification list:
Exterior:
Color change to pearl white with flat black running down top
Dresden grills powder coated black
24" color matched wheel combination
One-off fabricated air ride system to tuck the wheels that will not affect any factory functions
Double limo tint all around

Interior:
All wood grain converted to hand laid 100% real carbon fibre
All 110+ silver interior parts painted pearl white
Suede headliner, pillars, visors, lower trim, upper dash and deck lid
All door inserts, center armrest and rear armrest and seat inserts all in Italian white leather to match the exterior color

Electronics:
Full LED upgrade
Nav tv module and headrest screens
iPad built into front for media usage
Full viper remote start system with smart start on the iPhone
Rockford 3sixty.3 processor
Morel components all round
3 batteries
4 amplifiers and 4 10" subs in custom suede trunk


Car is like 30 percent done. All the suede is in, nav tv and headrests are installed, remote start is in and functional, processor, components all installed, car fully wired, all interior pieces are painted and all led upgrade is one I will post pics but please tell me if there is interest in seeing the build happen in less than 2 weeks

Working on getting them up they are on my iPad so be patient keep in mind this is a custom build and all this is happening in less than 2 weeks

I were told by many members here that remote start is impossible for an E65.

How much would you charge for this single item alone?

It is not impossible if you know how to correctly do it. I have certification in automotive electronics and have done remote starts in Maserati quattroporte and Bentley continentals as well.

My 7 series has a full 2- way system in it that with lock and unlock and factory arm and disarm the car, opens the trunk, engages parking lights, turns interior lights on upon disarm, has monitoring of all doors, trunk and hood trigger and when armed will roll up all windows and close sunroof and activating an aux channel will lower all of them. The remote start works flawless as if using the key and powers up all electronics in car. I added smart start so I can use my iPhone to control it. The install takes about 2 days as half the dash must be disassembled and the right side of the trunk needs to be accessed


There is a handmade module that integrates into the factory push button ribbon cable that connects to bcm and with remote start engaged no lights on dash are triggered as faults

So if I did another one I use the viper 5904 which is about 600 bucks alone and with my custom module and installation it is 1600 with the viper. If you wanna add the smart start its another 400 for the viper piece and installation

I currently have a Viper alarm on my truck with remote start, tilt sensor, glass and shock sensors, hood an trunk, motion detection, and the list goes on. It was about $600 alone with all the add ons. So to put that in a temperamental beast like the 7 series, I can only imagine the kind of work involved. props to you and I can't wait to see it when it's all done.

Do you do audio setups? I need to get my trunk customized and cleaned out.

I think these are the two most things I am excited to see. Tucking 24's. And what type of factory functions did you think were going to be affected by the air ride?

I don't see why you started this thread & have not one pic! Talk is cheap...don't tell me you don't have one pic or you don't have the time... You had the time to start the thread.... What does it matter if there on your I pad I post pics straight from my iPad all the time.. So what's the problem? I don't mean to sound rude but alot of people love to just talk...

Tell me how to post them from the iPad quickly then and I will put some up I normally have to do it through my computer. Please explain how! Also with factory functions I was referring to all the stability controls. Plus please realize all my posts will be updated in the evenings cause I have no time to do so during the day I'm building cars at the shop

All the interior pieces that are factory gray all removed for paint


All the interior pieces painted pearl white and clear coated

Half the pieces installed with the suede headliner as well

what are you doing with the old asanti wheels? Also where do you plan on putting the inserts? IMO the beige/black interior looks fairly classy, and with white leather instead of the beige it'd look pretty nice:

I do like that black and beige combination however my car was a black on black interior combo so I'm bringing just a subtle touch of white inside to match the white paint that's why I did all the silver plastics as white. Only stuff being done in white leather is the door panel inserts that flow through the b pillars, door panel armrests, front and rear seat inserts and console inserts. It's all at interior shop now when it's done I will put pics up. Also I'm doing all the lower sill panels, kicks and b pillars in suede cause mine have the ever so common peeling

Noobie just to posting on this forum I been following stuff on here since I bought the car. Great info on here.
