S54 swap pedal question
I am looking for a little help. I am in the process of gathering parts to do a S54 swap into an e36. I need to source a pedal for the dbw. After found a bunch I noticed that there were different number part for the manual transmission cars and the automatics. I am guessing this might have something to do with the cruise control but have no idea. Are either okay to use? Car is going to be for D/E use only so cruise or lack of it is no concern. Any help is appreciated
Might have found my answer. I found a thread on another site that refers to a "Kick down" switch. This should be on the autos to send info to something tranny related, I am guessing. Last edited by JayMac; 10-15-2012 at 05:09 PM.
