Or just grab it and lift it out. I mean, you DO have the rep of being a human hoist.

I was going to congratulate you on your triumph, but then I realized I'd be much happier if you had used a vehicle to ram a hole into the side of the barn instead.

Thanks, Ed.
Quick question, I know a lot of people swap an M50 manifold onto an M52 for better high end power, I'm wondering if I could do the reverse to get some extra low end torque?, if so, any one with an M52 want to trade manifolds?. Also, still in the market for M53 exhaust manifolds, a 3.5" MAF, and 20lb injectors (is it true these can be sourced from a 'Stang?)

IIRC it's 24# injectors form a 'stang. Just working from memory on that though. Frank, Randy, Matt and Ken Jr have discussed it ad nauseum

However, you may want to consider a tune from rk-tunes on bimmerforums. He only charged me $100 for a remote tune and it is spot on. Remember how I found out my Hakken tune wasn't quite right shortly after selling you the chip...

Cool, how does remote tuning work for OBDI?, doI just runit with the chip for awhile and send it too him and he tunes it and send it back?. Would I be able to, say put an M52 manifold and get some torqes?.

Go with the M50 manifold, trust me. With a tune, the M50 mani makes just as much low end torque as the M52 mani, and it'll still have more HP up top. BTW, any news on the 3.38s?

Thanks, I'll get hold of him. I message the guy with the diff again and said I was waiting on a price, he said "o really?, for what" so I told him, he said "you picking up?" He did say that he was wrong on the ratios though, they're 3.23, which is pretty much exactly what I want, but I don't know if it's enough better than what you have to be worth it.
And I have plenty of traps around, those walls don't keep any thing out. Sent from my ADR6300 using Bimmer App

Yeah, 3.23's are pretty easy to find. I'm looking for more of a jump from my 3.15.

Engine is out!, and yes, the "hoist" is a ratchet strap with a load leveler. I spent an hour knocking rust and crux off Tue block with a wire brush head on my drill and it's almost clean enough to crack open. Tomorrow I need to work on the last nut holding on the exhaust manifold.
