Contacts on iPhone 5 not loading on Bluetooth

I've noticed my iPhone 5 is only loading my 'favorite' contacts to iDrive, not my entire contact list. Has anyone else had this experience?

I've not had any issues in the past with my iPhone 4...all contacts always loaded without issue.
