dealer options
We just purchased a new 2013 328 i xdrive and the dealer is offering a lot of extras for purchase, such as paint protection ($799) interior protection ($499) 3m chipguard ($499) and BMW extended warranty (6 year-$3000, 7 year-$ 3700).
Any advice on any of these? Apparently we need to purchase before picking up car. Thanks!

Suggestion:
Just say NO to all that crap, but *make believe* you bought it, and stick the $5500 you saved into an ING or other interest-bearing account, and save it for any possible out-of-warranty repairs. If you need it, fine, the money will be there....if you *don`t* need it, even better, the dough is still in your pocket.
