Radiator Area Noise Auxiliary Fan good/bad
I have been fighting with Dealer to check noise comes from front end after the car is driven for 20+ miles or so and when it is hot, stopped and restarted again with in 5 to 10 minutes.
Does it happen for all of you? A/C is also on at the start up. They say nothing wrong but I wanted to make sure before warranty runs out. Please let me know.

What kind of noise, grinding, squeeling... A/C compressors usually start to make a mild grinding sound when they start to fail
and its usually the clutch. Does it do it with the A/C off? The 535 has so much going on up there however. So it could be a variety of things. Oil cooler failures are common, but no known noises prior to. If its audible in the cabin with windows up then it should be an easy fix for the dealer.

Sounds like a hovercraft or airplane taking off. It happens with A/C on. Cool air comes though!
