E34 headlights blowing
My 93 E34 Touring keeps on blowing the headlights every couple of months, its starting to become an expensive habit for my car.& its starting to piss me off.

check your fuses and grounds. Look at your light control module. make sure everything is ok in there.

Check charging voltages as well. Grounds and all terminations must be clean and tight. Are the lamp units secure in the body? Might be shaking the filaments too much.

ok, I guess thats another one to the list for this weekend for when I do the 310,000 inspection. I checked the fuses last night & they was ok. what sucks is everything was working good uptill 300,000. now I seem to be throwing money at "Helmut" left right and center.
