I can clean your fuel injectors. Just pay for shipping and the fluid

I can clean your fuel injectors. Just pay for shipping and the fluid
I'm thinking about offering a service for the guys/girls on some forums i enjoy.
It's *Free Injector Cleaning and Testing.

I've been working for Bosch than Volvo and BMW in Europe, but my love for those cars is pretty much gone and I've been a Mercedes Enthusiast for a while.
I remember the difference a clean injector makes in the way the car runs and how often i used to see them in poor condition.

In case you have a faulty injector, i have a bunch of spare ones (Mercedes and BMW cars of late 80s to late 90s) i kept through the years and could sell those at half the market price for used units.

This is WHY: R3VLimited Forums - View Single Post - I can clean your fuel injectors. Just pay for shipping and the fluid

Here's How I bring them back to life

1. Initial Visual Inspection - Check the injectors for signs of physical damage.
2. External Degrease Soak - Soak them in a degreaser solution
3.External cleaning - Brush off the loosened grime from the injectors
4: De-filtering - Remove the old filters in preparation for ultrasonic cleaning.
5. Ultrasonic cleaning - The Injectors are soaked in Degreaser and Left pulsating in the Ultrasound Bath
6. Purge the injectors - Install the injectors on the Fuel rail and spray into a container to ensure none of the fluid we use in the ultrasonic cleaner gets put into the calibration fluid.
7. Initial flow - Flow through the machine checking for spray pattern and any signs of malfunction.
8. Filter Basket installation - Install the new filter basket.
9. Reassemble - Using all new applicable parts (O-rings, spacers, pintle caps)

I'm in Southern California by the way. About 1 hour from
LA

I can do 2 kits a day or 3-4 on a weekend.
So the turnaround should be 24-48 hours

So for a kit of 8 I spend 25$ + shipping about 6$
I use
Odorless Degreaser @ 17$/gallon
Repair Kit @ 1$/Injector.
USPS Flat rate priority mail 6.10$

I'm not doing this as a business, i just like working on cars in my spare time. (But of course will take donations)

You can include a set of filters and o-rings with the package if you have a specific brand you like. And I won't charge you the 1 $/Injector

If you care to see how specific injectors were performing, you need to mark each of them with the Cylinder number and i will make sure i keep those numbers for your record.

Please note you forum nickname on the package to help me keep track of communication

This is a nice article on how to remove your injectors with pictures. Applicable for the E36 engines but process is similar on most of the cars
Pelican Technical Article: BMW 3-Series E36 Injector Replacement

Here's the process similar to what I do. (i have nothing to do with the company advertised in the video or the original uploader of that video)

My favorite

I have to tell you this has been the best car part experience I've ever had. You communicate "Perfectly" and you do exactly what you say you will. I've been little impressed with the human race latley and you've been a ray of hope with your superb handling of this transaction.
I wish you and yours health, wealth, and happiness.

I am interested in a set for the s52 motor maybe the 24lb if I can use them with a reflash or just a replacement of the 21lb. Can you email me how to do this and what your suggestions would be. I'm putting a m50 manifold and bored out throttle body on and a possible bigger maf if I need to with the 24lb injectors. If you can help that would be great. I'm rebuilding a M3 after a bad PPI and so I want to do it right and get the mist out of the motor before boosting it. Thank you. My email is Bshriver29@gmail.com.

Sorry for the super late reply. Just found my notification
I don't have any in stock but you can send your for servicing.
Now speaking of pounds ... that's too complicated.
I assume it's 220cc/min and you want to upgrade to 250cc/min
Don't have any in stock either.
I know the m5 uses the 260cc/min and that would work for your application if you intend to boost the engine.

At least I can confirm that the upgrade does make sense for you application and is in fact recommended.

If you decide to upgrade, just check a big supplier, they normally have the tables with flowrates and you can pick up the part number for your use. Stay with the same manufacturer and you'll be good

I have about 10k views on my threads related to injector service and it's getting harder to keep track of communication on different forums, so I decided to add a web page for those interested in reaching out to me.
http://mepeh.com/

You can use the form on the Contact Us page and i'll get the message instantly on my phone. Very convenient to keep track of the orders. I added a facebook page as well and will be able to communicate easier through it.
https://www.facebook.com/MEPEHinjectors

Not sure what i'm going to do with these, but i'm trying to migrate my other projects to my websites and hope this will be easier for you as well. May be i'll add a check out page to help out those without a paypal account

Just finished a set for a member in New Zealand

About 10% low on number 6 but it flushed pretty well, i think i had them on the machine for about 45min.
Great results i would say. I don't think you need the exact flow values, they all performed perfectly at the final flow test.
Pulse tests were within limits as well

Sweet. good luck with the business brother! That's great pricing. Ill be sending you 20 injectors this summer to service and flow test. About 15 Years ago i got some crazy quote to clean and test some injectors. The price was so high I never thought about getting that done again.

Sounds Good.
Keep me posted.

The price is normally outrageous. I think it's about 200$ to service a set. If you think that it takes about 2 hours and shops charge about 80$/hour .. that's probably not that bad.

Stupid question, You know those "Spider injectors" that motors like GM's use? Can they be cleaned? I had a work truck that would need a new "Spider" every 3 years cause 1 poppet would get clogged from sitting too long. I saved one spider that was bad to take it apart and see what can be done. never got around to it and tossed it in the garbage after it sat in the garage for years.
