Well I went crazy and told him all sorts of nasty horrible things to him... He just turned 21, does not have a job and sells drugs. I try my best for him to turn his life around so when he said he wanted a car I thought he would want to get a job and be a lil more responsible...

But all he has done is destroy the car with cigarettes and potholes!!! He likes to spend his days drunk and pumped up on E...

Not as fast as his CTS-V, however. He didn't even shift into 6th gear in either the CTS-V or Camaro. Hard to know if the vmax was limited by aerodynamic drag, or if he could get more out if it in 6th and go even faster.

Man, forget that. If he doesn't want the car, tell him to return it to you and provide money necessary to fix the damage he incurred. And in the meantime, I'd recommend distancing yourself from him until he gets his life together, which may take years and years.

Bad thing is hits I don't have insurance until Jan 1...my bills are going to rack up :/

I saw both videos but the Camaro... man that thing sounds wicked. I could care less about >20 miles per hour... that ZL1 sounded like a low flying jet

Yeah, it has a bananas exhaust on it, but to me, having an extra 20mph at speeds over 200mph is pretty damn impressive. It takes so much power to get that extra 20mph.

I literally just saw this car on the road 2 nights ago and was laughing my ass off at it. Wonder who he's pawning this abomination off to now.

Don't know if he wrapped the interior or what, but it looks straight out of a rental car. So bland and monochromatic.

I think the getrag is starting to go

I feel a slight vibration like something is bumping against the gear selector inside. And today on my way home I'm 5th gear around 3.5-4k rpms it feels like something is chewing away and you could hear it a little.

Onnnnn a happy note front suspension rebuild complete! Car feels ah-may-zing so much lighter and the turn radius seems to have decreased drastically....almost like i had to learn how to drive her again. Rather good weekend oil changed coolant flushed and refilled with some redline water wetter and what not, then undercoated any ugly spots and bam new car

Yeah I was doing around 70-80 the whole way home lol but that feeling and noise didn't sound/feel like something good
Especially since 1st gear has been giving weird sensations too

Because he's "upgrading to a M3"... He should take some time to upgrade his written English and taste in automotive modifications while he's at it.

I think Its plasti dipped. More common among honda's and teenagers with Volkswagen's.

That car would look fine if it were a single color and didn't have those weird vents and maybe bigger wheels

ugh i don't even care get some more super glue and throw some hood vents on it too...then some rear windshield louvers and a spoiler that's 3' high now that's a BMW.

My latest abominat-- I mean creations. Every Friday Night, Bob's Big Boy has a classic car show. Never fails! All shots were impromptu and edited from a single exposure, handheld, as the sun was setting.

So I just broke two of the little nozzle caps on my fuel injectors. How screwed am I?



Its the little cap part on the end, seems like just that part could be replaced but they don't list it individually. Pelican has rebuilt ones for $42 but that doesn't help me today. Time to call around...

I did the same exact thing last week. Contact this guy, he sent me 6 pintle caps with o-rings for $10 shipped.

You can get replacements at Advance Auto, O'Reilly's, NAPA, Auto Zone, Parts Plus, Pep Boys, just about any auto parts store. They all carry the same kit for about $4:

Comes with the two big O rings, the spacer, and the cap.
