to buy or not to buy
as a former 77 r100/7 owner, I sold the bike about 9 years ago and miss it!
someone is selling an 89 r100RT, original owner, 40,000 miles, fairing, original bags, etc. looks to be in excellent shape. spline has been lubed twice (most recetnly at 30k), and he has all of the miantenance records from a bmw dealer. worth $4k? seems high to me, but i haven't been watching the R prices recently. thanks andrew 93 k1100LT

doesnt seem too bad of a price to me, I would prob try to get him down to 3500

Good price, but the bike's a bit of a putter. De-tuned and pushin a barn door around. Sold mine after six months.
