Hello to all BMW owners I'm a new member

I recently purchased a second hand BMW x5 25 model diesel 3.litre.......It's becoming obvious to me that this car is going to be a challenge
when i bought it i was unaware of the smell of exhaust fumes in the car and subsequently found an exhaust leak near the manifold? yet to repair this. next I checked brake pads and had to replace rear pads also noted that a continuous warning on dash board check linings.....they seem alright to me but cannot get rid of warning.
Next i found out that the blue tooth interface did not work I investigated the box in the rear well and saw that damp had infiltrated the connections so i need to do that job as well and finally tonight the sunroof failed to shut properly the rear nearside part of the window remaind open it's dark and very cold, will have to wait untill tommorrow to get that done. OK what else can i expect to go wrong?

Hi Welcome to the forum. I have just purchased an X5 too and have similar issues. I got the car about £2500 under book price and have spent the last few weeks fixing stuff. still rooting out problems but I am sure that there will be more to come yet!
