Lease quote - good deal?

I just joined the forum and have learned quite a bit already. I am looking to lease. Below is a break down of a quote:

MSRP - $48,295
Invoice per bmwconfig - $44,605
Selling price - $44,600
36 months
10K/yr

no cap cost reduction
doc and other fees - $130
Reg fee - $361
Acq fee - $725
Tax - 8.75
MF - 0.00086 (7 MSDs)

monthly payment ~ $555 (~$590 w/o MSD)

What do you think? I may put a few hundreds down to bring the monthly payment to below $550, thus bringing down the MSD $$$.

So your sales price is $5 less than invoice? That would mean the dealer is losing money...

Which model and options ? What incentives if any are you applying!

Does make sense the dealer would sell you a car for below invoice.

I would not go by invoice price to determine what dealer will do. My optioned 650 coupe has a BMWCONFIG invoice of $90,745 but my local dealer confirmed in writing he will accept USAA program pricing which is currently $84,920. And if BMW offers end of year incentives
they can be combined with USAA. I am sure they are not losing money - invoice does not tell
real story.

I shouldn't be posting since I really have no clue. But I would guess the dealer has to accept USAA pricing, I would think he doesn't have a choice.

My guess would be that the dealer is still making a profit, it's USAA who is probably subsidizing the deal.

Hi Jon,

Were you referring to my post? By the way I am leaning toward a PCD delivery, so I will be glad to use any dealer that gives me the best price.
