Winter Rust Proofing / Coating?

Hi Guys,

In preparation for Winter, I'm wondering if any of you guys do a "Rust Proofing" to your vehicles yearly? Here in Canada we have a pretty well known company called Krown.
The only catch is that they have to drill holes into various parts of your car (inner areas) to inject the lubricant / protectant. While they only do this once I'm sure you can gather why I'm not just going there immediately.

I'm wondering if anyone can chime in as to what they've done (or any fellow Canadians)?
