Replacing a PS Pump in 2001 M Coupe

And I was wondering how big a job I was taking on. I am a reasonably skilled mechanic, but no pro for sure. I have help available should I get stuck. I just want to know how difficult it is, whether I need special tools, any 'gotchas' I should know about, etc. Is there a particular service manual that I should have to make things easier? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
