Lease End Questions (thinking to buy)

Hi guys, got a quick question, my lease is ending tomorrow , and I'm considering buying it, as I prefer the e90's over the f30's. I had a few questions.

as I understand it, with the CPO program, I can buy the car for Residual price+cost of CPO (how much is that by the way), and then BMWFS will make 500 dollar payments for the first 3 months? This seems like a great deal because if the CPO is around 1.5K (my guess), they're pretty much CPOing it for free. - I also understand that then I WILL NOT be able to take advantage of the 0.9% rate, which is fine, but what rate are they going to offer me? what is baseline? is it like leases where they're going to try jacking up the rate as profit?

what do i have to watch out for? Do i have to return to original leasing dealership to complete this transaction ? or can i do it at any bmw dealership? (since all they are doing is essentially transferring ownership to me). would be great to know what rates to look forward to before going in to do this?

also Jon mentioned that there will be great programs coming out in the next week or so, is this anything that applies to used/CPO vehicles or just support for new models?

thanks.

You will not qualify for the 3/payment offer if you buy out your own car

Program has not changed and it does not vary by Center...he gave you the wrong info because he did not fully READ the entire bulletin

I concur with Justin no 3 payments if you buy your own car and CPO it... The whole purpose of this program is to generate new business.
