Bummer, Chuck & Ed, I'm going to have to miss the entire thing. I hadn't responded with hopes of partial attendance, but I have something pressing on Monday that I have to prepare for (and no, it's not Sandy).

Sorry to hear you won't be able to attend. Try to get to Climb to the Clouds 5 next June. That event just keeps getting bigger and better. Hopefully this will develop into an annual event as well.

Unfortunately, today just didn't work out for me, hope you all have a fun weekend!

We had a pretty great day today. We drove along a twisty path, stopped in a couple of small towns and left plenty of time for bullsh*tting (my favorite pastime).

Oh, and Simon Kirby hauled our asses, in pairs, around Lime Rock in an M3, sideways, much of the time

It was a pleasure.

I'll see the group tomorrow for the mural ... and then it's Sandy Shmandy prep time

On our way home. The visit to the mural was great. Sam Posey came by to say hello.

Sandy did not effect us. It was overcast all day but we did not see any rain.

We go away for the weekend and come home to what seems to be every last politician in the state having gone insane. The entire state is in a freaking panic because it's going to rain tomorrow in New Jersey. I mean, yes, Massachusetts has a known history of electing morons, but this is beyond the pale.

Let me understand this scenario. You had the Porsche taking up the rear and then you stick him off to the right of the scene in no mans land? Something is wrong with that picture!

Hey, I didn't line them up. And at least I didn't Photoshop him out of the picture!

The Cayman was the perfect car to be at the end of the line because it was red. As the lead car I could look in my rear view mirror and when I saw the red car (in a sea of black and gray cars) at the end of the line I knew the group was intact.
