SoCal Dealer - X5 deal?

I'm looking for a great deal on a remaining stock X5 3.5 or 5.0. Have a 2009 X5 Diesel that comes off lease in January (two more payments). Does anyone have a good pull-ahead program AND a 2012 or 2013 car in stock as a replacement?

Minimum needs:
Navigation
Heated Seats
Heads Up Display
Premium Sound
PDC/Backup Camera

Please let me know. 75 mile radius of Pasadena is acceptable.

Lease would be 36 months, 12K miles. Existing BMW FS customer, super elite credit.

Hey Greg, can you explain the "best price will be on 5.0". Best price as in about 7%-8% off MSRP or since the OP is talking about leasing, then maybe the high residual? Or maybe BOTH?

No basically the 5.0 is a much slower seller so i would discount it much faster than a 3.5. the diesel is also a slower seller than gas so I usually have to really tell people about how it is a better overall value than gas... Hope that answer question... If not write back.

I was looking to lease a 2013 X5 3.5i Sport Activity, then the dealer gave me an 8.5% discount off MSRP for a 2013 X5 5.0i with M Sport & M Performance packages The difference in the monthly lease payment was around $50.00.

But, due to Mrs. Sandy in the east coast. The dealership is closed for 2 days and she mentioned on Sat that the vehicle must leaves her property on Wed. In this kind of Mother Nature situation...does BMWNA extend the pick up date so consumers do not lose out on the incentives that will expired 10/31 (USA Drive).

ok... Team USA expires at the end of the month.. however I would think that BMW will give a grace period due to "act of god" you need to have your CA ask their BMW NA market rep if they can still honor it.. I am sure they will try.
