Extended Maintenance Program

I purchased this extended maintenance program 6years/100,000 miles at the new car closing about a month ago, mistakenly thinking that this includes the extended warranty of the car as well to 6years/100,000 miles.

Just found out that it does not.

Is it reasonable and possible to ask/receive for a full refund?

Unfortunately the maintenance plan can only be cancelled if the car is a total loss and still under the original 4 year / 50K coverage. Since the dealership will not be able to cancel the plan it will probably be tough to get a refund. Hope this helps.
