60 day rate lock

I just want to make sure I have the right information.

I ordered a car early October, and BMW delayed the production week because of individual components so the car will probably not arrive until January.

Because of the delay there is now no way I can use October rates? It's kind of weird that BMW is penalizing customers for having to wait longer to receive their car when it isn't the customers fault.

There is nothing in the rules for individual cars that take longer than 60 days to arrive?

Did you speak to your client advisor? What did they say? Did you ask them to do something about it?
