2002 BMW 330i Lights keep flashing

I have a brand new battery and a new hazard switch but my BMW's lights go off randomly usually when its parked.Sometimes i hear a loud constant (high pitch) beep then when i go outside the fourways are flashing (the headlights dont) i pulled out the hazard switch and cleaned it and left it out and the lights still went off a few hours later.

So like i said,brand new hazard switch and battery and i have no clue what it could be now?Any suggestions would be appreciated.Its very annoying.
