Lime Rock edition - pricing/offer

saw this today while trolling - in the mkt for a new car.

Like the obnoxious color - have owned a couple of m3's in the past and have always appreciated them.

How in demand is this special edition - im guessing it's been sitting in their showroom for a while.

Their asking $83K and change. Thoughts on a fair price/offer?

Hey, no worries...just contact thiose dealers on the forum who- when people were squeezing $200 over invoice deals on X5s- were saying "we just want to make a fair profit, why are you guys killing us". I'm sure they'll cut you a fair deal.

Richmond BMW not a fan at all, I tried to buy out my car at Lease end from them a few years back and they tried to Jack me up big time. They will never see any of my business any time soon!

Hmm, I wonder if it's under the same ownership still. I know people that remember the old model they worked under.

Richmond BMW has been awesome so far. They are a "no-haggle" dealer (they will give you 4% under msrp on 3 series) which isn't the best deal but the salesmen are mostly awesome.

I was offered a Lime Rock when I got my M3 2 days ago. I wasn't really interested because MSRP was 15k more but I asked about price and he said MSRP. I think I could have got a small discount like a grand.

You may have missed the boat on this one. You won't be able to get another Lime Rock in future. You'll have to settle for a Circuit of the Americas, Indy, Watkins Glen, Laguna Seca, or some other version of the M3.

Or frozen red, white, and blue. lol
