my beemmer is sick

hi guys i am from perth and having problems with my beemer , first it was a clicking noise when i first start her and then after driving for a whille it seemed like it was going to cut out now the message came REDUCE DRIVING LOAD TO PREVENT KATACLYTIC CONVERTER FROM DAMAGE . can anyone help ????
