Lease rate change before delivery??

Can anyone tell me if the money factor drops before I pickup my car would I be eligible or the lower rate? I ordered my car in September and will be picking it up this weekend. My current money factor is .00145 and the new rate is .00135. I totally get that this will only change my payment by $10 but why give that $10 to BMWFS.

yes but you must also use the new residuals if you use the new rates, can't mix and match.

Thanks. From the looks of it rates went down and the residuals are the same. Shot an email to my sales guy letting him know I wanted to use the lower rate. Waiting for reply.
