How about this price for 2013 X3 35i
Hi guys,
Trying to get my first BMW and decided to get a 2013 X3 35i with the following packages: Cold Weather Package Dynamic Handling Package M Sport Package Premium Package Technology Package BMW Apps Head-up Display MSRP is $57,195, one dealer offered me invoice price at $52,750 (same as the BMWCONFIG), I think I am qualified for $1,000 holiday cash, $1,000 college grad, $750 loyalty and $300 BMW app test drive. So the final price before ttl is $49,700. Is this a good deal? Thanks! |

I would be surprised if they let you take all those discounts. I am military and when I used Military pricing they would not also let me take the BMW Olympic test drive $1000 nor any loyalty discounts. Of course the Military price was really low.

You're buying a $53k vehicle and you're recently out of college... what was your major?

Going to college(I did that too for a long time as now a retired teacher) but the kicker to me is a college grad discount is for what reason? Like lots of people go right ,duh? And a recent grad gets it but an old guy like me with the proverbial"fixed income" doesn't. How many non grads buy BMW's anyway? Go figure that one out.Maybe to start an addiction? Pays about the same as ex-military via USAA too, which is apples to oranges as diff. source. FWIW, my major was in-"how to stay poor"!

Ya, I think that's it... they want your first new car to be theirs and hope to keep you as a customer for life.

Your question is - is this a good deal? My answer is (and I'm a 4-time BMW owner) Are you kidding? If you can get all those discounts, that is not a good deal. It's a smokin' deal!
