another update, my F30 will be finishing production on november 20th! went from status 112 to 150 within 15 hours.

running off of generator power (there's a monster 1 MW tractor trailer and two smaller 400KW units parked in front my my apt) but back at home.

funny you mention sully, i was sitting in the departure lounge at heathrow watching them play the video over and over and over as i was waiting for my flight back to NY. thankfully i was flying into jfk and not lga (home of our canada geese). the plane was tied up to the seawall in battery park city a few blocks from where i live.

Very glad to hear that you have power. The F30 delivery schedule is a bonus.

BTW, I think the thread direction is quite normal for the E9X forum but weirdly 'g' oriented (sorry): goats, geese, guns, gays and now generators.

going to guess its going to be on the AIDA, leaving bremerhaven on the 28th of november, docking in NY on dec 13th. planning on picking it up around the 23rd or 24th.

the "stork" will be one of these, although i doubt the TURANDOT since prod is supposed to end november 20th

Hey, before you leave, one quick question:

The LED's in my grill won't turn off no matter what I do. Any ideas? I have all the wiring set but no matter what fuse I hook it up to, they won't go off with the rest of the lights. Do I need to get a relay or switch? Or what would be the easiest way to sync them with my headlights?

i would suggest finding a wall, sturdy construction, and driving straight at it at 20mph. this should turn all your lights out at once without the need for a relay switch.

While I have you, do you know how to get this big white bag back into the steering wheel? It popped out when I was shutting off the lights.

What about cleaning up all the residue that was produced from inflating the big white bag? I have heard that until the residue is completely cleaned, the inside of the car is a bit of a hazmat scene?
